Qualification: BE/B. Tech Computer Science/ IT or EEE
Skill Set Job Responsibility: Customer Focus and Revenue generation, maintain all revenue data for changeable support, maintain data of DDNS, DCR Report etc., Provide technical support for Products. Provide training for dealer, customer, internal engineer for CCTV, IPC, and Access control, VDP, Biometric machine, Digital Door Lock and other, Provide technical support email, team viewer, telephonic, WhatsApp chat, Understand customer requirement and pitch the product to dealer, sales team, Regular feedback/updates to customers as and when required to increase customer satisfaction, Creation and maintenance of required data with accuracy and quality. Align engineer for site visit if required.
Job Profile: Technical Support Engineer Interpersonal and communication Skills, conducting required root cause analysis and suggesting/discussing observations/solutions, ensures teamwork and co-operation, track and share performance of the team. Communicates effectively. Displays effective interpersonal skills. Ready to join immediately preferred. Attributes CCTV, IPC, and Access control, VDP, Biometric machine, Digital Door Lock and other.
